LiveJournal is one of several simple-to-use personal publishing (“blogging”) tools. Bloggers using LiveJournal can report their mood at the time of writing a post; about 80% of the posts indeed have a mood attached to them. MoodViews is a collection of tools for tracking the stream of mood-annotated text made available by LiveJournal and has lot of cool tools to visualize the mood of the LiveJournal.
Join me tomorrow, World Jump Day, in the attempt to drive planet Earth into a new orbit by having millions of people jump simultaneously. Scientific research has proven that this change of planetary positioning would very likely stop global warming, extend daytime hours, and create a more homogenous climate.

Weather because of an emergency or plain old penny pinching, sometimes it’s necessary to scrimp and save. Here is a menu for feeding your family on $45 per week. Forty-five dollars will seem outrageously abundant to some, while it will seem miniscule to others. It is the smallest amount they were able to come up with that will provide enough supplies to an empty kitchen to feed an entire family for a week. The servings are ample and a few adjustments allow you to increase the quantities from 4 servings to 6. Newly added nutritional information makes it clear that except for sodium, these recipes are “nutritious” and “healthy”.
You may have noticed (although it takes a keen eye) a countdown clock added to the “about me” section. Yeah, over there in the right hand column. Well, I have determined I have to get everything I am ever going to accomplish finished before that timer runs out. In true Owen Meany style I have predetermined the date of my death.
